DXN is, as we already mentioned, a multilevel marketing firm based in Malaysia.
Its founder, Datuk Dr. Lim Siow Jin, decided to start back in 1993. Since its inception, it has manufactured and markets nutritional supplements containing the mushrooms Ganoderma, also known as Lingzhi.
Lim Siow is an expert in alternative medicines, focusing on herbal medicines before anything else. Since he started the business, DXN has been known for its coffee products and effective supplements to boost people’s energy and help with certain diseases and conditions.
Its founder also graduated from IIT or Indian Institute of Technology and has over 20 years of experience in the scientific and research analysis field and decided to name its company after discovering the main ingredient for the products: Lingzhi.
The company had its products and services extended throughout Asian countries but later got introduced to the European market to bring the MLM strategy.
Focusing on administrative aspects, Daehsan Ltd is the sole responsible for the product lines and the one able to manufacture DXN products. However, in 2003, DXN turned into the mainboard and took control of the company.
Daxen Biotechnology, another company involved in the business, was occupied by DXN following the Daehsan Ltd event.
To this date, DXN Global is doing business in Asia, Europe, and the United States and recently expanded its marketing in Srilanka as an MLM company.

Joining & Earnings – How to Work with DXN Global
With all the basic information done, we can start focusing on the part you must be wondering: How can you make money with the company.
Like every MLM business, you will usually need to pay for a membership or fee to join as well as follow some regulations and fees settled you need to meet as long as you remain in the business.
However, DXN is a bit different because, unlike others, you only need to pay a $20 fee to join as a member and opt for the seller and contributor program to earn money.
There are no specific fees disclosed, and most members mention they don’t have to pay rates or specific numbers when they don’t sell some products. Instead, they do have to sell them at a specific time, but they have much more freedom for repayment.
That being said, once you join the DXN MLM option, you can start making money by following a compensation plan.

First, you need to know the company works with affiliate ranks (you are an affiliate) and based on your rank; you can earn more money or compensation.
In total, there are 23 in DXN, going from distributor to crown ambassador, and it is only possible to go up in rank when you recruit new members and distributors, and they start to climb in ranks as well.
For example, if you are a distributor, you can go from this rank to star agent once you have recruited about five members.

- Retail commissions.
This is the usual option in which you earn money based on the sales of the products to your customers. Since you are getting the products at a lower price, you sell them at retail price and earn the difference.
This retail commission ranges from 5% to 15% and depends on the products you’re selling.
- Group bonuses.
When you recruit affiliates, you earn a percentage of the sales they make and based on how much your downline sells.
The company works with volumes for this (PV), and you earn different commissions the higher this volume is.
Starting at 100PV, you earn about 6%, but you go up to 21% when the volume reaches 4,500PV or more.
- Star group bonuses.
You get more commission, and this bonus is an option when you pass 21% on personally recruited distributors.
The percentage goes higher from 27% to 37%, and if your recruits rank higher, you can opt for more commission.
- Development bonus.
You earn more money with your downline, but you need to be a star diamond rank or higher and meet the requirement of maintaining a monthly minimum of 100 PV (personal volume sales, to be more specific) and 300GV (group volume sales).
Your downline is basically the recruits you directly brought to the company and added as your main distributors.
This line can go from the ones you first recruited to the ones they bring as so on, which is why you have five levels, and the commissions you earn range from 5% to 1%.
More options are available, but the smaller bonuses are based on your rank and continuous growth in the business.
Can You Really Make Money? DXN Pros & Cons
MLM businesses are questionable since they have a very similar structure to illegal pyramid schemes. Also, not all companies that follow it are fair in terms of compensations and how much their distributors can earn.
Thus, the question of whether you can or not make money is very valid.
However, based on the previous methods to earn, it is possible, and unlike other MLMs, we have reviewed here, DXN Global is actually one we would recommend.
Although the commissions for sales seem low, products aren’t that difficult to sell thanks to the company’s reputation and the fact they are natural and actually work.

- It can be hard to climb in ranks unless you recruit people.

- You will bother friends and family when trying to recruit them for more commissions and downline.
The main problem (according to us) with MLMs is that even when the company has a good compensation plan, it isn’t possible for over 80% of the distributors and members actually to make lots of money with it.
Most people end up having it as a side job and decide to earn extra cash more than having it as their main source of income.
Thus, we would pick the downside in this way: You have to work very hard in recruiting actually to make thousands every month.
